Supersaurus (name meaning "Super Lizard") is a genus of sauropodomorph dinosaur that originated during the Late Jurassic in what is now North America. Measuring 35 meters long and weighing 50 tons, this massive sauropod shared the Jurassic floodplains with the similarly-built Apatosaurus and Diplodocus.
Thought to have been extinct for 145 million years, there are still herds that remain alive on Primeval Island.
