The Steppe Bison, or Steppe Wisent (Bison priscus), is a species of bison that originated during the Late Pliocene in what is now North America, Europe, and Asia. They had notoriously longer horns than both European and American bison.
Though thought to be extinct for 5,400 years, large herds still roam on Primeval Island. In fact, they are among the most common ungulates there, alongside Megaloceros, Camelops, and the Aurochs. They are the largest ungulate on the island as well.
