Primeval Fungus is a species toxic fungi that grows on Primeval Island in damp environments. They grow in the deep crevices of the island and some parts of it's jungles. Captain Englehorn and his passengers stays away from them when they saw what happen to one of the Giant insects landing on it and feast it which caused it to fall to the ground. This species of fungi does something that no other fungi can do. They shoot a cloud of spores into the air and lands on the ground which reproduces them.
