The Order of the Dragon, or the Ordo Draco, is a monarchial, anti-supernatural order and society of hunters, created in Hungary in the late Middle Ages, with the sole purpose of hunting down, experimenting, and eradicating all supernatural creatures. The Order of the Dragon stands for corruption, murder, and to control people against their free will. They maintain their power through control of important natural reserves such as oil, and continue to expand their influence.
However, sometime in the Late 1800's, the Order seemed to have been destroyed by various supernatural creatures, including Oracle, Rayne, and Dracula. But recently, they seemed to have been re-established and finished the mission they started.
They also have always had a complicated relationship with the Order of the Church, su much so that Oracle describes them as the opposite of the Church, literally calling them an "anti-Order of the Church". After determining that the Order of the Dragon was going too far, the Order of the Church went to war with the Order of the Dragon. Upon the Church winning, the war effectively wiped out the Order of the Dragon.
