Magicians, often called Mages for short, are humans who are practitioners of magic, regardless of gender or race, much like Witches and Warlocks. They are ordinary individuals with special magical abilities that, with the right training, can accomplish extraordinary feats. Individuals like John Constantine, Zatanna, Felix Faust, Papa Midnite, Damien Darhk and others like them are Magicians.

Magicians are very similar to witches and warlocks, with one similarity is that whilst they are both trained to use magic. However, one difference is that whereas witches and warlocks are born with magic, Magicians are normal humans that were not and must learn about and how to use magic.
