Daeodon (name meaning "Dreadful Tooth"), sometimes called the Giant Boar, is a genus of entelodont artiodactyl that originated during the Middle Oligocene epoch in what is now North America. Often referred to as the "Boar from Hell", this is the largest species of swine that ever existed.
Thought to have been extinct for 19 million years, there are still some that remain alive on Primeval Island.
