Bornean Orangutan

The Bornean orangutan (Pongo Pygmaeus) is a species of orangutan that is native to the island of Borneo, Indonesia and Malaysia. Together with the Sumatran orangutan (Pongo abelii) and the Tapanuli orangutan (Pongo tapanuliensis), it belongs to the only genus of of great apes native to Asia.
